1.Functional Objective To create the product awareness and brand visibility, positioning the right model mix to the Counters, to focus on the network expansion and in order to increase the market share, achieve the 100% business plan and to achieve management objectives 2.Position Objectives: a) Sales Target Tracking, Business Plan Execution and Achievement for respective brands b) Control O/S & Stock Ageing c) Analyze Sales Vs Collection trend and forecast sales and collection for future for specific brands d) Building brand focus and ensure maximum brand visibility e) Ensure Even Billing & Model Mix Ratio f) Design incentive schemes for channel partners and customers in coordination with sales team g) Monitor Channel Expansion Process and Channel Performance Review h) Competition tracking & industry benchmarking i) ASP tracking and control j) Co-ordination with logistics, service and conduct review meetings k) AWD Vs Billing Ratio Analysis & action plan l) BTL, Product Training and Logistics coordination m) Assist the sales team for achieving the targets through effective branding of products If interested, please send your latest cv within 5 days:
