The candidate should have hands on shop floor experience of 20 years. Will be responsible for meeting production targets, job planning, budget, cost control, shop floor activities and good industrial relations. Should have strong techno-commercial background on shop floor for columns, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and metal industry machinery with different materials of construction.

The Candidates should have 15-20 years of shop floor experience. Production person should have experience of large size fabrications. He should be able to achieve production targets. He should have indepth knowledge of machine operation and machining requirement for various critical equipments/ large assemblies.
