He is associated with NIPM, National HRD -Network, AIMA, American Management Association, New York, besides professional bodies such as BCCI, EFI, IMC, BMA,BPC,CII.LION CLUB. He has published more than 40 articles on HR and GENERAL MANAGEMENT TOPICS IN LEADING JOURNALS and Magazines in India & abroad. He has about 25 years experience and held senior level assignments with corporate houses including Public sector companies such as WIMCO LTD ,INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS Authority of India (IAAI) ,NOCIL, IPCL,ISPAT Industries, as Head--HR,General Manager, Sr. Vice president-HR. He played a key role as member of Management Team in transforming IPCL, Nagothane (Mah)unit into a pocket of excellence as opined by the world Bank Team.
